LTA tutors inspire and train the next generation of tennis coaches. The requirements to become an LTA tutor are: Level 4 coaching qualification (SCC/SPC or former equivalent). Be an LTA Accredited+ coach. Successful completion of the Coach Tutor Qualification (CTQ) course.
In addition to a teaching professional pathway, you can complement a four-year bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Professional Tennis Management at select colleges across the country. In addition, graduate degree opportunities and continuing education programs are available, leading to jobs in business, marketing, technology and facility management.

The ITF is focused on coaching the coaches, and providing support to National Associations (and individual tennis coaches) through courses, conferences, online learning and various publications. Every year, the ITF Coach Education programme works with an average of 68 countries to help develop and deliver ever higher standards of tennis coaching.
This step is only for those coaches who are eligible to apply for an assessment on the 1st4sport Level 3 Certificate in Coaching Tennis. You will need to complete the coursework/portfolio of the 1st4sport Level 3 Certificate in Coaching Tennis before you can attend the practical assessment, all of which are arranged by the Coach Development Centre. Please note the Assessment is split into two parts (Group and Individual).
The level 3 coach qualification course is for people who want to work full time within the tennis coaching profession. On successful completion of the coach qualification candidates will be able to: Coach beginners and improvers in groups and as individuals; Understand the basics of business management; Manage the work of level 1 and 2 coaching assistants

Club Professional. The Club Professional qualification prepares coaches to become head coaching professionals at tennis clubs and centres. The Master Club Professional qualification is designed to provide coaches with a competitive advantage in dealing with issues related to managing tennis businesses or facilities.
